What to bring to your wedding timeline meeting?
Every always asks, what to bring to the timeline meeting?
Super easy, but let’s break it down.
No. 1 | Your beautiful face.
I don’t get to see you often enough, and I’m really looking forward to it. Also, bring your fiance, your mom, dad, cousin, or best friend. Who ever has been helping with a lot of the planning. But let’s keep it to a dull roar… no more than three people or so. You can’t make everyone happy, and at the end of the day… you have to do what YOU TWO want to do and not worry about the rest of the crew.
No. 2 - All those notes!
All of your sketches, notes, lists, etc. that you’ve been hoarding in a binder or folder somewhere. Bring every scrap of paper you have (or your laptop if you’re SUPER efficient), just in case. You never know what we might want to reference on a whim.
No. 3 - Timeline Questionnaire
I always send out a giant digital questionnaire with lots of important questions. Feel free to bring your own copy, but I’ll definitely have one on my laptop, too. Mostly, I’m trying to learn names and this really helps me out!!
No. 4 - The Party!
Because, honestly… this should be a walk in the park. Basically, this meeting is intended to get your timeline drafted out… and I’ve written enough of these to know about how much time most things take. No matter what kind of excitement you want to squeeze into your day, we will find a way.
