Say I do brew on 10 One Two | Hannah & Evan 2019
These two love birds were married on a brisk autumn morning in October after flying in from their west coast home state of Washington. The Midwest welcomed them with sunshine and howling morning winds. The team had to make some adjustments to the décor plan due to unforeseen wind conditions... but, I quote, the bride said, "It was windy? I didn't even notice!" That's how blissful this wedding day turned out to be.
The ladies got ready at the Hotel Indigo in Vernon Hills, with the wonderful assistance of Ashley West for hair and Giovanna with makeup. All the gentleman were quickly ready and making aisle greenery bundles for me to pick up later. What troopers! Brittany Runnels Photography perfectly captured the day’s activities from start to finish, and Final Project Productions swooped in at every angle to put together their wedding video.
The ceremony took place at the David Adler Cultural Center in Libertyville, Illinois. Guests were welcomed into the Adler Center's beautiful back courtyard where a simple white arch adorned a long aisle way facing the trees. Soft violin music from Heather at Magnolia Strings Chicago played as guests found their seats and the bridal party began their march. Beautifully handcrafted bouquets were made by Aunt Karen and truly brought some vibrant color to the bridal party. Hannah and Evan chose a short and sweet ceremony to officially tie their knot, officiated by their Aunt Carolyn.
Once family photos finished at the Adler Center, everyone made their way to Mickey Finn's Brewery down the street, where my team had wrapped up all their handmade décor. Everyone in Hannah and Evan's family had their hands in making this day truly beautiful. Homemade candle lanterns were paired with hand cut and lettered table numbers. And each table setting was lovingly placed with a sprig of eucalyptus by family friend, Ann.
Mickey Finn's provided fantastic apps while people sampled the local brews. Then the party quickly jumped from dinner to dancing as they celebrated the night away. Amp Event Professionals kept the jams coming all night long. Guests got to sample more local fare from Lovin' Oven Cakery with a gorgeous red velvet cake... even though the bride doesn't like cake, she enjoyed this one!
We even made a quick sneak peak into the brewery itself for obligatory brew cask photos!
The Studio couldn't possibly ask for sweeter clients, as these two made the evening fly by in a dream. Wishing you three the very best as your new life as a married family begins!
