Do you need a wedding coordinator?
Obviously, I am biased… but of course you do!
Couples ask me all the time, do I really need a wedding coordinator? And my answer is always, undeniably, yes. If you truly want to have a stress-free ceremony day… you should highly consider hiring a professional to manage your day-of at a minimum. Historically called a day-of coordinator, but now it’s much more than that… it’s more like a wedding or event manager.
Many couples are more than happy to find most of their own vendors on their own, but don’t know where to start with their timeline and coordination for the day. That’s where we swoop in and take over. Our Studio comes in around the 4-5 week mark before your special day and takes over all of the vendor coordination. We create a detailed schedule that includes bridal party movement as well as vendor movement. This timeline is issued at your rehearsal to your entire wedding party so they know when and where to be at all times!
On the big day, we show up with our basket of tricks and get everything set up at the ceremony and reception site. No stone is left unturned as we facilitate all of your personal requests and desires. Our Studio makes sure your bridal party is lined up at the right time and the music on cue. We dim the lights just right and hand off the microphone to the first speaker at dinner. At the end of the night, we make sure all the gifts and cards are packed tightly away in a trusted vehicle. We ensure all of the decor and DIY projects are safely stowed, and are typically the very last people to leave the venue. We treat each couple like they are a part of our family, and once your married… you’ll feel like a part of ours as well.
